- The product must be in complete set, unused, and with its original packaging preserved.

- Send the product to us via a convenient delivery service or bring it in person.
Delivery Costs
If the return or exchange is not related to a product defect, the shipping costs are covered by the customer. If the product has a manufacturing defect — all expenses are covered by the store.
Refund Process
Funds are returned to your bank card or by another agreed method within 3–5 business days after receiving and inspecting the product.
